| RESERVATION POLICY |
- Rates are based on Double Occupancy and Include a Full Breakfast
- Additional guests are $20/day. No charge for children under 5
- Deposit: One nights rental
- There is an 8% Room Tax not included in the rates
- Payment: Major credit cards, checks, or cash
- Children of all ages are welcome
- Some rooms will accommodate pets for an additional $10/day per pet
- Whole house booking available
- Ask about Mid-Week and Weekly Discounts
- Check in is anytime after 1:00 PM. If you will be late (after 9 pm), please let us know ahead of time
- Check out is by 12 Noon. We have shower and changing facilities if you wish to spend the day at the beach. Sometimes we can offer you a late checkout. In any event, we ask that you finalize your bill with us in the morning.

CANCELLATION POLICY
|
- Should you cancel your reservation with at least 7 days notice prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $25.00 fee.
- Should you cancel with less than 7 days notice, prior to your arrival your deposit will be forfeited.
- The deposit guarantees the entire period reserved.
- If you depart before your scheduled date, your deposit will be forfeited.
